She was on top of everything from start to finish the day of the wedding. She helped with the timeline for the day of, running all the way back to town because I forgot my husbands gift, to getting our hungry bridal party gondolas to make it through the ceremony; they even stayed late to help us tear down the reception! "Amy was fabulous to work with leading up to the wedding. We hired her for a day of coordinator. We met on several occasions to go over the timeline for the day and discuss what I needed for her to do. She came to the rehearsal to be sure she knew the flow of the ceremony and what I needed for her to do for decorating the church the morning of our ceremony. Her and her spouse were constantly checking in with us throughout our wedding day and at the reception to see if we needed anything. They were a fantastic help and I knew I didn't need to worry about anything because they were there."

"We hired Amy and Hallie as our day-of coordinators to run the errands and do the things we couldn't do that day. They were reliable, easy to work with, and very organized! They even came to our ceremony rehearsal the night before to make sure they were clued in so everything would run smoothly the next day, which I hadn't expected when I booked but was very helpful! I am a very type-A planner person and I knew giving up control and trusting other people to make sure everything ran smoothly that day would be the hardest part for me, but I definitely felt better knowing I had them taking care of the little details."

"We booked Amy almost two years ago for our wedding in May of 2020. We decided on an in-between of plan everything and just day of which was perfect for us because we knew what to do for a lot but needed a lot of help with the small stuff and booking some vendors. She is super knowledgeable of the wedding planning process and getting organized for the big day. On the day of, we saw her and her wife Hallie, who helped with the planning and set up, a few times but they did a ton of background work that made our day run perfectly. If there were issues, we didn't know about them at all, which is how it should be. She was super friendly, caring, and fun to work with, especially since she stuck with us through a pandemic and 3 different dates which she did not sign up for. Amy was extremely knowledgeable about the area, and helped us find exactly what we were looking for! She really listened to our vision (we didn't want a traditional wedding, more of a backyard bbq vibe) and gave us lots of options for all aspects of the wedding. She went above and beyond, helping us think through all aspects of the wedding and stay on track with planning. She even helped us find a photographer that was within our budget!
