"I was looking for someone who was flexible and easy going to help with the stress that comes with making sure your wedding turns out perfect. I never knew how much stuff I would actually forget, or things I would need to have the day of that I did not think about before! Amy was awesome! She was on top of everything from start to finish the day of the wedding. She helped with the timeline for the day of, running all the way back to town because I forgot my husbands gift, to getting our hungry bridal party gondolas to make it through the ceremony; they even stayed late to help us tear down the reception! You cannot beat the price for the amazing service Amy and her spouse provide! I would absolutely recommend these two for your wedding day!!"

"Amy was fabulous to work with leading up to the wedding. We hired her for a day of coordinator. We met on several occasions to go over the timeline for the day and discuss what I needed for her to do. She came to the rehearsal to be sure she knew the flow of the ceremony and what I needed for her to do for decorating the church the morning of our ceremony. Her and her spouse were constantly checking in with us throughout our wedding day and at the reception to see if we needed anything. They were a fantastic help and I knew I didn't need to worry about anything because they were there."

"Hiring Amy as our day-of coordinator was honestly the best decision we could have made for our wedding! I first contacted her about four months before the wedding and she was so accommodating and easy-going from the very start. In the months and weeks leading up to the big day, she kept in touch and was quick to respond to any questions we had. She provided invaluable help, reminders, and suggestions to bring our vision to life, and the timeline she created was seamless. I didn't have a single worry the day-of thanks to Amy and Nicola. They were both so accommodating and on top of everything the entire day - from stopping by the hotel that morning, to setting up the sweetheart and photo tables, to generously staying late to help with cleanup. Amy is a true, experienced professional and can roll with whatever hiccups the day has in store for her. We could not have done it without her!"

"We booked Amy almost two years ago for our wedding in May of 2020. We decided on an in-between of plan everything and just day of which was perfect for us because we knew what to do for a lot but needed a lot of help with the small stuff and booking some vendors. She is super knowledgeable of the wedding planning process and getting organized for the big day. On the day of, we saw her and her wife Hallie, who helped with the planning and set up, a few times but they did a ton of background work that made our day run perfectly. If there were issues, we didn't know about them at all, which is how it should be. She was super friendly, caring, and fun to work with, especially since she stuck with us through a pandemic and 3 different dates which she did not sign up for. We absolutely appreciate all her help."

"We had such an amazing wedding experience from planning to "day of" with Blue Orchid Event Planning! Amy helped us out so much with keeping myself and everything on track with planning for our wedding and during our wedding day! She has such a wealth of knowledge, from what needs to be decided on when to having lists of so many vendors and companies to use for any aspect we may have wanted/needed for our Big Day! She made the whole process of planning for our wedding so smooth, she saved me mentally! She also has a couple of wonderful Women that helped with set up and day of coordination of everything keeping us on track for our timeline of the day! You CANNOT beat what you get from Blue Orchid Event Planning for what they charge! Thank you again for making Our Day just such an amazing one!"
